The following feedback followed a recent x3 hour training event (via MS TEAMS) for the non-Mauritian directors of several Mauritian domiciled funds [CIS]

The Mauritian administrator of the funds organised the training to ensure the oversees Mauritian fund board knew their Mauritian legal risks, FSC regulatory risks, AML risks.
