Samuel Hurley is a highly experienced fiduciary and trust professional with a proven track record in international wealth management, corporate structuring, and compliance.
As a Partner and Director of Corporate & Chancery Group Limited (2006–2022), he managed a global portfolio of high net-worth clients, overseeing trust and corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions. He was instrumental in strategic business development, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, leading a dedicated team of professionals while ensuring adherence to evolving legal frameworks.
Previously, as CEO and Director of Hemery Trust (Mauritius) Limited, Samuel established the company’s structure, built key financial networks, and spearheaded bespoke SPV structures, trust creation, tax planning, and regulatory compliance. His earlier roles in trust management and administration with international banks and Private Trust Companies (PTC’s) further solidified his expertise in compliance monitoring, asset protection and fiduciary oversight.
Since 2022, as Director of Client Services for a Jersey based PTC he has led a complete business remediation, streamlining operations for 300+ international client entities and enhancing risk management protocols.
A fully qualified STEP member for over 20 years, Samuel remains at the forefront of industry developments, specialising in AML, CRS reporting, and regulatory remediation, making him a trusted leader in the fiduciary and wealth management sector.
