1. Concerning Comsure conflicts, Comsure customers must recognise that Comsure acts in a regulatory advisory capacity, on an ongoing basis, for many Jersey regulated/non-regulated businesses.
2. Concerning its employees and consultants in certain circumstances, they will take up appointments with other businesses directly.  In these circumstances, Comsure will maintain a record as follows.
