- USD 97 million in physical and virtual assets
- USD 16 million recovered from cryptocurrency wallets

- Voice phishing
- Romance scams
- Online sextortion
- Investment fraud
- Money laundering linked to illegal online gambling
- Business email compromise (BEC)
- E-commerce fraud
- Disruption Tactics:
Strategic Impact:
- Operation HAECHI VI illustrates how money laundering acts as a backbone for cyber-enabled financial crime.
- By disrupting laundering channels, law enforcement agencies were able to deprive criminal networks of their financial lifelines, making it harder for them to operate and expand.
- INTERPOL officials emphasised that international cooperation is key to both preventing and recovering losses from fraud.
- The operation also reinforced the message that victims of scams can recover assets when global mechanisms are effectively deployed.
