5 NEW myJFSC forms – X4 AMLSP & X1 Cease to Act for KEY and PRINCIPAL PERSONS.

As part of the JFSC's ongoing efforts to enhance regulatory processes, the JFSC has added five forms to myJFSC.
One form is:-
The additional four are application and revocation forms for anti-money laundering service providers (AMLSPs). These forms are:
- AMLSP legal person application form
- AMLSP legal arrangement application form
- AMLSP Schedule 2 revocation form
- AMLSP key person application form
Two forms are designed as straight-through processes.
- The cease-to-act notification for key and principal persons and
- The AMLSP Schedule 2 revocation forms are designed as straight-through processes.
This means you will receive an email acknowledgement once you complete the form.
The other three forms will still require processing by the JFSC.
- These application forms will be processed in five days, although they say they aim to process applications related to Jersey private funds within 48 hours.
On Monday, 7 October,
- The JFSC will remove the existing AMLSP workbooks from the JFSC website.

On Monday, 7 October, the JFSC will remove the existing AMLSP workbooks from the JFSC website and replace them with myJFSC FORMS.
On 26 September, the JFSC will be adding five forms to myJFSC.
- One form is the JFSC Cease to Act notification for
- KEY PERSONS,
- PRINCIPAL PERSONS,
- The additional four are application and revocation forms for anti-money laundering service providers (AMLSPs).
- AMLSP legal person application form
- AMLSP legal arrangement application form
- AMLSP KEY PERSON application form
And
- AMLSP Schedule 2 revocation form
TIMINGS
- The 1] Cease to Act notification for key and principal persons and the 2] AMLSP Schedule 2 revocation form is designed as a straight-through process.
- This means that once the form is completed, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement from the JFSC.
- The other three forms
- AMLSP legal person application form
- AMLSP legal arrangement application form
- AMLSP KEY PERSON application form
- Processing will still be required on the JFSC side.
- the JFSC expect these application forms to be processed in FIVE DAYS.
- The JFSC aim to process applications related to Jersey private funds WITHIN 48 HOURS.
