Some 150+ Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions [DNFBPs] attended the JFSC DNFBP annual update on 23 October 2024
Adam attended on behalf of a Comsure customer and listed the following bullet points as essential and to follow up on – has he missed anything?

- Q4 2024 – The JFSC Thematic on Legal Sector on BRA, AML Strategy and CRA – has already been notified.
- Thematic on Outsourcing Q1 2025 (don’t forget conflicts also being rolled out in 2025)
- JFSC recognise that further guidance is required on Schedule 2 in some areas.
- Proliferation NRA due in 2025
- The JFSC action plan post-MoneyVal is expected to be released in November.
- Non-relevant [NR] employees should have a minimum TRAINING ON THEIR written SAR procedure.
