Further to the MALTA FATF grey list news below and knowing the JFSC took interest in the Cayman when they were grey listed, as noted here
- In March 2021 the JFSC asked:- "Connections to the Cayman Islands to provide their supervisor with their proposed plan of action and timescales for completion by the end of March".

So in anticipation of a possible question from the JFSC you should be checking on any client connections with Malta. Also if you do find a connection you may need to think about EDD
