Jersey AMLSP - Annual fees invoices issued for those registered through an AMLSP

In line with Schedule 2 of the Fees Notice under the Supervisory Bodies Law, the JFSC have sent:-
- Annual fees invoices for those who have registered for Schedule 2 through an anti-money laundering service provider (AMLSP)* and,
- The invoices to the AMLSPs on the underlying persons’ behalf.
In line with 3.3 of the Fees Notice,
- The annual fee applies to those persons who were registered with the JFSC as of 31 December of the preceding year.
- Any persons registering for Schedule 2 in 2024 will not be liable for an annual fee this year and therefore will not receive an invoice.
In line with 4.1 of the Fees Notice,
- The due date for the annual fee is four weeks from receipt of the invoice.
