Jersey Attorney General’s Guidance on Deferred Prosecution Agreements

Jersey has implemented a deferred prosecution scheme for corporate entities,
A DPA means corporate entities can avoid criminal prosecution if they submit a self-report before a criminal investigation.
The DPA Law only applies to a corporate entity and relates to white-collar crime offences shown in Schedule 1 of the DPA Law and as follows:-.
