Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)’s Post

16/06/2022

SAR TEMPLATE UPDATE: As can be seen from the recent release of the Jersey FIU’s Q1 SAR Feedback Report, the statistical data the new SAR Template is providing is vastly improved. We are grateful to our colleagues in industry who have adapted to the use of the Template so quickly.

As part of the new SAR Template Project it was always the Jersey FIU’s intention to carry out regular reviews post implementation of the Template (‘go live’ 1 February 2022).

Today is such a milestone which sees the SAR Working Group, which is a combination of representatives from the Jersey FIU and industry colleagues, convene to discuss post implementation observations. Feedback from this meeting will be provided to all local SAR submitters in due course via appropriate channels.

Please remember there are helpful guides which can be found within POLSAR on the Help dropdown menu to assist if you are submitting a SAR.
