JERSEY FIU MARCH 2024 EVENT – SLIDES AND VIDEO

As Jersey's independent national intelligence agency , the Jersey FIU [JFIU] is committed to supporting the island's position as a leading International Finance Centre (#IFC) by playing a principal role in preventing and detecting financial crime.
On March 6th, 2024 at the Radisson Blu waterfront hotel the JFIU held an event for individuals working in Jersey's financial services industry, Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professionals (DNFBPs) and other interested parties.
The event allowed the audience to hear the FIU's plans for 2024 and beyond, as they continue to grow into a Tier 1 FIU and work to deliver its long-term vision of:
- Building a sound independent base.
- Collaborating with local and international partners to provide comprehensive intelligence.
- Understanding and monitoring of financial crime threats.
The event
- Focused on the importance of partnership and collaboration and
- Included a range of panel discussions and VIP guest speakers from a range of financial crime backgrounds sharing their knowledge and views to a packed sold-out event.
