JERSEY Minimum Wage increases from 1 January 2024

From 1 January 2024, the minimum wage will rise to £11.64 per hour for all employees, and a trainee rate will no longer be in place.

The video also holds a reminder on payslips and terms of employment (contracts). JACS also reminds us that a failure by the employer to provide all employees with a contract within 28 days of starting work and to be given a payslip on each pay date may result in a tribunal claim and compensation awarded.
