September 2024

  1. September 12, 2024 - New Enforcement Powers:

  2. September 12, 2024 - OFSI Advisory on North Korean IT Workers:

    3. September 20, 2024 - Fine for Breach of Russia Sanctions:

    1. The U.K. fined property management company Integral Concierge Services Limited 15,000 British pounds, for helping a client designated under the U.K.’s Russia sanctions regime manage a residential property.
    2. The company was accused of being “unaware” of its sanctions compliance obligations and making “no attempt to educate itself on its legal obligations” after its client was sanctioned.

October 2024

  1. On October 2, 2024 - Sanctions on Russian Cyber Crime Gang:
    1. the UK imposed sanctions on a Russian cybercrime gang accused of attacking NATO.
    2. This move highlights the UK's stance against cyberattacks originating from Russia.
