JFSC 2024 AML/CFT/CPF and other risk data collection [DEADLINE 11 April 2025].

In an Industry update on 13 January 2025, the JFSC asks all supervised businesses to provide their 2024 data between 13 January and 11 April 2025 by populating and uploading Excel workbooks via myJFSC.
THE JFSC SAYS:-
- This data informs the JFSC approach for risk-based supervision and the JFSC financial crime examination process.
- The data the JFSC are asking for remains essentially the same except for:-
- COMPLAINT categories added to the NON-SCHEDULE 2 Global Footprint workbook and
- A question on CLIENT SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICE POLICY activity added to each of the sector workbooks.
- The data will be used in aggregated form to refresh:-
- The JFSC’s risk model and
- National Risk Assessments [NRA].
