JFSC 2024 industry survey and launch of a NEW Operational Excellence Function.

The JFSC has published its 2024 industry survey plan, summarising its most recent survey results, its progress in responding to stakeholder feedback, and its action plan:
The JFSC says:-
- The industry survey helps the JFSC to understand its stakeholders’ perceptions and experiences of working with the JFSC.
- It is an important part of its commitment to transparency and prioritising changes and improvements that matter most to the industry.
- An independent market research agency conducted the survey, and they invited all industries to participate.
- The online quantitative survey closed in November 2023, followed by qualitative interviews, which closed in January 2024.
- Respondents represented a cross-section of sectors.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE FUNCTION
- As part of the JFSC's commitment to continuous improvement, it has created a new OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE FUNCTION to make sure it is responding effectively to stakeholder feedback and optimising.

- End-user experience
- This new function
- focuses on stakeholder experience and ensuring they deliver on change and continuous improvement initiatives.
