JFSC release Bitesize feedback for virtual asset service providers on the Travel Rule

Earlier in the year, the JFSC undertook thematic assessment visits of virtual asset service providers (VASPs) to understand:
- Progress they have made in implementing systems and controls.
- Travel Rule system solutions VASPs are adopting.
- Measures VASPs are taking when sending virtual assets to a jurisdiction without the Travel Rule
Following the thematic assessment visits, the JFSC has published.
- A concise and on a single page, making it easy to understand the JFSC findings and any necessary actions.
The JFSC observations identify:
- Good practice
- Areas of improvement
- Key considerations
