
Mauritian financial services director arrested for money laundering.

It has been reported that the home of the director of a financial services company, who lives in Plaine-Verte, was searched on Saturday morning.
The result of the search was the discovery of the following currencies:- 4,010 euros, 158 pounds sterling, 5,392 US dollars, 78 Chinese yuan, 40 dirhams and 235 Turkish lira, Rs 880,000 [APPROX $$ USD20,445.11*]
The 32-year-old man was arrested for money laundering.
