The Mauritius National Sanctions Secretariat has issued in August 2020 guidelines on:-

 

GUIDELINES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TARGETED FINANCIAL SANCTIONS UNDER THE UNITED NATIONS (FINANCIAL PROHIBITIONS, ARMS EMBARGO AND TRAVEL BAN) SANCTIONS ACT 2019

The National Sanctions Secretariat provides support to the National Sanctions Committee in the administration of the Act. The National Sanctions Committee (NSC) and National Sanctions Secretariat (NSSEC) have been established under Sections 4 and 7 of The United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019 respectively. https://lnkd.in/dFqtnE8
