MONEY LAUNDERING PROSECUTIONS IN JERSEY SINCE 2014

Comsure submitted a second Freedom of Information request of 22nd September 2021 about money laundering prosecutions. The first request resulted in an incorrect response of 6!!!

- The information tabled below relates to records held since 2014.
- Please note that some individuals were charged with multiple offences.
- Information held before 2014 would require manual extraction from over 2000 records. It is estimated that this would take more than 12.5 hours to complete, and therefore Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied
