Seychelles entities linked to money laundering and sanction busting have their licence pulled in March 2025

11/03/2025

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) issued a public notice stating that it has revoked the International Corporate Services Licence and Foundation Services Licence of

  • Alpha Consulting Ltd. and
  • Alpha Fiduciary Services Ltd.

The revocation took effect on March 3, 2025

The notice informs the public that these companies, which were registered at Suite 1, Second Floor, Sound & Vision House, Rue de La Possession, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles, no longer hold the licenses ICS056 and FS015.

The FSA advises all concerned parties to contact them regarding records of entities under these companies' administration at the time of the revocation.

Alpha Consulting Ltd. and Alpha Fiduciary Services Ltd. have been implicated in significant sanctions and money laundering investigations, and the Seychelles authorities raised Alpha Consulting's offices.

  • Alpha Consulting Ltd was
    • Notably involved in the Pandora Papers investigation, which revealed its role in concealing the actual owners of hundreds of British shell companies.
    • Linked to high-risk individuals, including YEVGENY PRIGOZHIN, whose company BERATEX GROUP LTD was sanctioned by the United States in 2019
