The JFSC updated its ML/PF/TF guidance and source webpage on 28 November 2024

The JFCS says this ML/PF/TF source webpage guidance.

  • Sets out information resources for supervised persons to obtain a deeper understanding of money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF) and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (PF) to comply with Jersey’s anti-money laundering (AML)/countering in the funding of terrorism (CFT)/countering of the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) (CPF) regimes.
  • Is general and does not constitute, nor should it be construed as, legal advice or a mandatory list of information sources.
  • It is complimentary and should be read with the AML/CFT/CPF Handbook.
