The JFSC latest 'view from the top' video & update in responses to an industry survey

THE JFSC has published its latest 'view from the top' series, where JFSC senior leaders share response to an industry survey.
In this JFSC video, Executive Director of People and Culture, Alexis Dolling, discusses:-
- The most recent industry survey results, the actions taken so far, and
- Plans to address feedback in the future.
Furter to this video update the JFSC says:
- The industry asked for improvements in the JFSC institutional knowledge and experience,
- As well as consistent and improved levels of service.
In response to industry feedback, the JFSC has:
- Maintained appropriate resource levels, remaining within 90% of our target headcount
- A stable leadership team, with 96% of roles filled
- Rolled out technical training for supervisors
- Made changes to our ways of working to improve consistency
- Increased learning and development
- Clear in-role promotion pathways
- Started supporting the Highlands degree apprenticeship scheme
