The Quad Forum – A collaboration of four IFS FIUs

23/04/2025

The Quad Forum is a collaborative initiative between four international finance centres (IFS) FIUs:

  • The Gibraltar Financial Intelligence Unit,
  • The Guernsey Financial Intelligence Unit,
  • The Isle of Man Financial Intelligence Unit, and
  • The Jersey Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

Formed in May 2021, its primary objective is to combat Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Proliferation Financing while sharing best practices and working together on strategic projects to combat financial Crime Together.

In addition, the collective often engages further with other agencies, including UKFIU, NCA, RUSI, Wolfsberg Group, and other FIUS, to drive better threat understanding and alignment across the public and private sectors.

During this week's QUAD meeting, the group approved New Branding, representing the Collaborative Working approach between its members and other agency partners.

Fundamentally, the key difference in the logo's design is that it is meant to represent the QUAD Forum as a quadrant or square for like-minded agencies and partners to share ideas and best practices, rather than just standing for the four core FIUS.

This new branding will be rolled out across product templates, comms, and branded material over the coming months to help unify the messaging and positioning of the QUAD Forum values and aims.
