Two new AMLSP forms added to myJFSC.
13/05/2025
As part of the JFSC's ongoing efforts to enhance regulatory processes, two new anti-money laundering service provider (AMLSP) forms have been added to myJFSC, namely:-
- AMLSP Outgoing Form
- AMLSP Incoming Form
With the introduction of these forms, the JFSC Authorisations Team will no longer accept email notifications of changes to AMLSP.
AMLSP Outgoing Form
- The AMLSP Outgoing Form can be found on the relevant Forms page alongside other AMLSP forms, on myJFSC.
- The Outgoing AMLSP allows you to include the:-
- Date of the change
- Name of the incoming AMLSP
- Names of any departing directors of underlying Schedule 2s due to the change of the AMLSP
- The AMLSP Incoming Form will then be created
AMLSP Incoming Form
- The incoming AMLSP will be directly notified of its creation rather than having the form listed on myJFSC.
- This second form allows the Incoming AMLSP to confirm
- The details set out by the Outgoing AMLSP, and
- Name of the directors to be appointed when the change of AMLSP occurs.
- Subject to specific responses, the incoming AMLSP form may require follow-up by the Authorisations team; otherwise, this is a straight-through process.
